1- Close all your applications and open the firewall window, go to the "Internet & Network" section. 2- Select the "Firewall protection" option. 3- Click "Configure".

4- On the configurtation menu, please select the "Firewall Protection" section. 5- Set the status to "ON". 6- Select the "Advanced..." option. |

7- Select the "Security Level" section. 8- Set the security level to Trusting. This level will not harm your PC. 9- Click "Apply".

10- Go to the "Program Permissions" section. 11- Review the list of programs for any "UltimateBet" components. 12- If there aren't any UB files listed, click "Add Allowed Programs".

13- Browse the following file paths: C:\Programs Files\Ultimatebet\ultimatebet.exe C:\Programs Files\Ultimatebet\UBSoftUpdate.exe 14- Click on "Open". Please repeat the procedure for both files.

15- Confirm the UltimateBet files have been added to the above list. 16- If the status is "blocked", please change it by clicking on the "Grant Full Access" action from the list below. |

17- Please make sure that both files have been set to "Full Access" status as shown in the picture above. 18- Hit on "Apply" and then click the "OK" button to exit. Close the application and restart your PC. |
