1- Please close all your Internet applications including the game client. Open the Firewall application and select the control center option

2- Select the "Firewall" line. 3- Click on configure.

4-If the Ultimatebet files are not shown in the list of allowed applications, please click on "Add Application".

5- Click on the [...] button so you can browse the game files.
|
 |
6-Browse the following paths: C:\Programs Files\Ultimatebet\ultimatebet.exe C:\Programs Files\Ultimatebet\UBSoftUpdate.exe 7-Click on "Open" for each one of the files browsed.

8- Check that the file's path is correct, and click the "OK" button.
|

9- Make sure that the file status has been set to "Allow". 10- Once finished, click "Apply" and then "OK". |
